Runkeeper’s original goal was to reward existing users, but they found themselves enticing new users, engaging loyal users even more, and using the apparel to keep users more active even the cold winter months.

TVP custom-made multiple dashboards and processes so that Crowdrise had complete visibility into the backend of their rewards program. We also went through rounds of samples getting the apparel to the quality level required by the client and it’s users at the price point they wanted. Using this program, users cash in their points for rewards. Crowdrise submits these orders to us through their ordering portal, and customers receive their rewards in a timely fashion to show their support for Crowdrise.
