Our Response to the Ongoing COVID-19 Crisis:

In the midst of the ongoing situation regarding COVID-19 and its impact on both NYC and the country, we wish to reassure you that TVP has been closely monitoring developments that might affect any of our operational areas.

Currently our operations are fully functioning and we are open for business to serve you. We are preparing for the potential impact and developing business continuity plans if necessary.

We take the safety of our team seriously and our top priority is to ensure the well-being of our employees and maintain our ability to serve our clients.

To that end, we’d like to share some of the steps we are taking across teams to maintain our operations and reaffirm our commitment to health and safety :

Ecommerce Design, Development & Management:

As per guidelines from health departments and ministries across the country and around the world, our ecommerce and design teams are all working remotely. Whether in Berlin or Hyderabad, São Paulo or NYC, our teams are quite used to working from home offices and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. We are just as responsive as ever so if you have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to get in touch.

Warehouse & Fulfillment Operations:

Our main warehouse in Valley Cottage, NY falls under the definition of “Essential Business” as laid out in Section 5 of Exec. Order 202.6. However, while this means that fulfillment operations continue unimpeded, our team is taking every safety precaution and following all directives from both the CDC and NYS Dept of Health concerning social distancing, PPE, and sanitization.
Additionally, we have taken further measures to ensure employee safety: staggered attendance and working shifts, delivery drivers being asked not to come inside the building, and new sanitary requirements for inbound shipments. We are continuing to monitor the responses of shipping carriers such as USPS, UPS and FedEx as well and how they could impact our operations.

Sourcing & Production:

Our production and sourcing teams are already working from home under lockdown. But we also rely on a wide network of manufacturers and vendors both domestically and internationally, which allows us flexibility in production orders and the ability to pivot to alternative suppliers based on availability. We are taking great pains to make sure these various facilities maintain proper sanitary guidelines and are also keeping their employees safe.
It is however possible that production orders may be delayed or put on hold. Stock on some items may be in flux and face shipping carrier interruptions. And there may be other factors that may affect shipping and in-hands dates. We will do our utmost to keep you informed on any changes affecting your orders as quickly as we can.

This is an evolving situation so we will share more information as it becomes available. We will continue to respond to the latest on COVID-19 with customer and employee safety top of mind.

Note that currently our operations are proceeding as normal without interruption.
